Sometimes in our lives, we have to confront challenges that appear to be so rough to handle. There are just too many people out there who just do not give significance to the efforts and dedication we give.

It is typical to feel so down when people convey unconstructive criticism with the objective of humiliation and ruining our lives. It is because human is always seeking for love, respect and recognition. And it is not surprising that these people who do destructive things to pull us down, love to see us cry; they think that when we are down, it’s their time to shine.

How to deal with negative people?

Ask yourself, why are they doing this to you? Are they going to gain something?

There is always a motive when people try to hurt you. One common reason is insecurity. Yes, it is insecurity that makes a person evil at times; it is the reason why your success is their failure.

How do they pull you d
own?

These insecure people talks about your weakest points, they envy you so much that they can’t live a day without thoughts of how to spoil your day. At night, they cannot sleep, thinking what else is your secret for them to disclose it to everyone else. That’s how these cruel people are. They console their selves by making other people uncomfortable.

How to deal with it?

Since we are only humans, we have the tendency to act our feelings out. Although it is awkward to be quiet when someone is pulling you down, let us not forget their intentions. The intention is to put you in misery and your reactions will serve as their excitement that will give them more ideas on how to wreck you even more.

Thus, responding to their comments must be avoided. Once you ignore their negative remarks, they will feel you are not affected and this will give them the idea that you are not vulnerable. So, instead of impulsively reacting to something they say, think twice and ignore.

If you cannot handle the criticism anymore and you think that your work (or studies) is affected, there’s nothing better than to leave. Either you LEAVE it to your superior OR LEAVE as in get them out of your sight; get them out of your life. These will surely make them the happiest people in the whole wide world, BUT it will also make you a better being with the best life out of their sites.

  2. Very interesting points you have mentioned, thanks for posting.

  3. Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

  4. YouTube is world’s biggest video sharing web page, no one can defeat it. Every one upload video tutorials at YouTube after that obtain embed code and post anyplace.
