Who says that worrying can ONLY be a distress? IF you are lost in thought with “what ifs” and all the worst-case circumstances about anything (worst if you do not even know what’s the reason behind your worries ), then worry becomes a misery by itself.

Persistent thoughts of doubts and fears make people idle; it can make anyone paralyze as it supersedes the confidence and drive we get from others. It can constantly put us down and the worst thing that could happen is that, we may never find ourselves standing again for we worry that we could never do it on our own.

If you are worrier by heart, you must have noticed that fears DOES NOT only give distress, BUT eustress which makes things that seem impossible POSSIBLE. How? When you worry and think of getting a solution to get it OUT of your mind, that’s how worries take in control. Worries itself becomes the resolution to have a better or best situation.

These constant worriers worry because they want to know what lies ahead. They want to stop theirselves from being in situations that they think of as “unacceptable”. They want to prevent things to happen and because of this, they ignore the good things in the present and focuses ONLY with their negative thoughts. The more they think about a way out to these unacceptable circumstances that are still uncertain to happen, the MORE that they worry. Thus, worrying more often than not DOESN’T do the job.

Be optimistic try to always think of positive thoughts, keep the negative feelings about life and people in general. If you will think about what their thoughts about you are, it is more likely that you would find yourself thinking ONLY about the negative thoughts they have for you.
