How to Live a Happy Life – Reach Out to Others

LIFE…why is life seems to be very complicated at times. Isn’t it that we should all just enjoy life? But how can you enjoy life when all things seem so rough?

I can’t help but think of being a child; when one can just fully enjoy the blithe brought about by LIFE itself; the happiness of being pampered and the joy of being a child. It is because when you are a child, you have nothing to worry about; there are people around you who will do the worrying and who will take actions for them not worry about it.

As you grow, you sigh…you sigh each year, not because you are getting older but because you know that life will bring you more worries and emptiness that you have to face in order to live longer.

Yet, a lot of people are weak; killing theirselves for not being able to endure the sadness. They said that emotion is in the least priority of needs, but if you will come to think of it, isn’t it that emotion is seriously affecting the lives of many? According to the research I have conducted, suicide is the third leading root of suicide among teenagers and that for each death, there are about a hundred of attempted suicide. This does not include those young people who, once or twice in their lives have thought about killing their selves.

If you happen to be a teenager reading this, I do not intend to rationalize that suicide or suicide attempt is normal; I do not intend to make you feel that way rather, this is to edify you that committing suicide MUST be the farthest thing you should ever think of. FEELINGS of emptiness brought about by bullies, whether it happens in school, at the playground or in the internet can be released to someone who can help you-you just have to reach out to others. You just need to open up. Do not be afraid of fear, of emotions because all these feelings, no mater how painful they are will subside.

For parents who are reading this, this could be a realization. Have you ever wondered sometimes why your child locked theirselves in the room right after school for hours? Have you noticed how they communicate lately? Have you seen them cry over something that made them feel so terrible? Don’t think that they are too young to even think about suicide because those who are 10 to 14 years of age are at higher risks of killing themselves.

But the sad part of LIFE is when adult shows signs of weakness. Are they to blame for how they feel? Is there something that we can do to help ourselves OUT from the turmoil of life? No human NEVER felt alone. Even the strongest person who says so can never justify it. It is typical to feel depressed but it is never normal to kill oneself.

Live your life with happiness- learn to reach out when you need some help.

    This is really shocking but it’s true! A lot of people died because they cannot bear the feelings of being sad…depression-it is the feeling that kills…and we all have to learn when to reach out to people. Let’s not be embarrashed..we are all human who need some care.
